3. Submission of documents
The day you submit the documents
- - Take your unsigned application, ID and proof of stamp duty payment.
- Do not forget the person who will take you to the space, his identity document and the property document (this in case you are not staying in a rental - here you only need the contract registered at ANAF);
- Go to the City Hall, to the Directorate of Registration of Persons (Calea Motilor, no. 7) - if you are under 18 years old, remember that you must be accompanied by a parent;
- When you arrive at the counter, present all the documents you prepared before;
- Now you can sign the application you have completed (you can only sign it in front of the counter worker); - After submitting the documents, you just have to wait for your application to be approved. You will be contacted by one of the City Hall officials.
