The resident visa actually represents a person's residence - where they declare that they have their secondary residence, other than their home. The resident visa is granted for a period that cannot exceed 1 year.

List the APPLICATION for resident visa on a single A4 sheet, double-sided, and fill in the data. Don't sign it yet. You still have a few steps to sign;

Prepare the identity document (yours and the person who will take you to the space - in case you are not staying in the rental);

Pay online stamp tax (5 RON) or wait until the day you submit your documents and you can pay it physically, at the counter.
