1. Tax declaration (the form) containing the registration visa in the Agricultural Register.
2. The act of acquisition.
   • 2.1 Transfer of ownership
     • Contract of sale;
       - Exchange contract;
       - Inheritance certificate;
       - Deed of donation;
       - Deed of sharing;
       - Trust contract;
       - Payment contract;
       - Provision of retrocession;
       - Act of adjudication;
       - Court order;
       - Merger-parcelling act.
   • 2.2 Financial leasing
     • - Financial leasing contract
       - Record of receipt/handover of the good
   • 2.3 Public/private property of the state/UAT concessioned, leased, administered or used.
     • - Concession contract; Lease; Bailment;
       - The decision of the local/county council regarding the administration/use + handover-acceptance protocol/report
3. Identity card for co-owners/authorized
4. Empowerment, if applicable (in original)

The tax declaration is previously registered at the Agricultural Registry Service, for inclusion in the tax zone and land use category (Piața Unirii no. 1, room 2A). In the situation where the deed of acquisition of the land is older than 30 days, an updated extract from the land register must be submitted to the Agricultural Registry.
