2. The document of acquisition:
   • Transfer of ownership
     • Contract of sale;
       Exchange contract;
       Inheritance certificate;
       Deed of donation;
       Deed of sharing;
       Trust contracts;
       Payment contract;
       Provision for retrocession;
       Act of adjudication;
       Court order;
       Financial leasing contract + handover/receipt report
   • Newly constructed buildings
     • Building authorization + report of reception upon completion of works OR report of reception regarding the stage of works;
       Notary declaration (for those built without authorization)
   • Buildings public/private property of the state/UAT concessioned, rented, put under administration or use
     • Concession contract;
       Lease;
       Bailment;
       The decision of the local/county council regarding the administration or use + handover-acceptance protocol/minute
3. Construction sketch (houses) / technical report (new houses): on all levels, with external dimensions.
4. Energy performance certificate: for buildings with a V/C or PV reception contract.
5. Identity card for co-owners/authorized.
6. Empowerment, if applicable (in original).
