Public debates - Participation conditions

All public debates can be consulted on the Cluj-Napoca City Hall website.

1. COMPLETE ONLINE APPLICATION

People who want to take the floor in a certain debate must complete the application online on the Cluj-Napoca City Hall website. The request to register to speak becomes active a few days before the date of the public debate. Registration can be done up to 4 hours before the start of the public debate.

2. RECEIVING THE CONNECTION LINK

After completing the application, on the day of the debate, a login link will be sent to the e-mail address indicated in the application.

3. DRAWING UP THE LISTS OF PARTICIPANTS

At the beginning of the debate, lists of participants are drawn up, an approximate duration of the entire debate is established, the people who wish to speak are recorded and the time available to each person to speak is determined.

4. END OF THE PUBLIC DEBATE

The public debate will end when all the applicants registered to speak have expressed their recommendations with concrete reference only to the draft normative act under discussion. Applicants registered to speak will support their point of view exclusively on the side of the normative act that is the subject of the public debate and not on other general or personal topics that are not related to the subject of the public debate meeting.

PUBLIC DEBATES ORGANIZED BY THE CENTER FOR INNOVATION AND CIVIC IMAGINATION

In the case of public debates organized by the Center for Civic Innovation and Imagination, the participation procedure is as followsa:

REGISTRATION TO TAKE THE FLOOR

To register for the speech, those interested will send a request in the "message" option of the CIIC Facebook page - Center for Innovation and Civic Imagination in order to receive the connection link on the day of the debate and details about the intervention.

The calendar of debates and projects can be consulted on the Cluj-Napoca City Hall website in the Community/Citizens/Centre for Innovation and Civic Imagination section.
