1. Participation conditions

The positions put up for competition by Cluj-Napoca City Hall are published on the institution's website, in the Administration/Public Information/Competitions section. There are two types of positions put up for competition:

• - for civil servants
  - for contractual staff

As a rule, the tests for participation in the competition are as follows:

• - selection of files
  - the written test
  - the interview

For certain positions, there may also be a practical test.

Candidates who meet the conditions for participation in the competition must prepare a file. The verified competition file is submitted to the registry office of Cluj – Napoca City Hall – Calea Motilor no. 7.

The date, time and place and location of the written test are published on the Cluj-Napoca City Hall website, in the section Administration/Public Information/Competitions.

The interview is held, as a rule, within a maximum of 5 working days from the date of the written test.
